A Certified Aesthetic Practitioner with 20 years of nursing experience and a strong background in healthcare leadership. As the founder of Drip in Luxe Medical Spa, she combines clinical expertise with a passion for aesthetics and personalized care. She is also a dedicated mentor, educator, and entrepreneur committed to helping others feel confident and supported.
Carolina Jarinova
Author & Lymphatic Drainage Expert
A pharmaceutical chemist and facial yoga teacher dedicated to wellness and preventive health. She is the creator of four proprietary methodologies that have transformed thousands of lives and trained students and certified teachers worldwide. Her work also includes free support programs for people living with facial paralysis and new initiatives focused on cancer prevention through massage and body awareness.
Jennylyn Managa
Founder, Maarte Flowers
Founder of Maarte, a Toronto-based floral design studio known for its artistic and intentional approach. With a background in social media and marketing, she has worked with Dior, the Saudi Royal Family, and more than 50 women-owned brands. Inspired by her Filipino heritage and trained in Sogetsu Ikebana, she has built a creative business that brings people together through meaningful floral experiences.
Paola Delgado
Doctor of Audiology
A Doctor of Audiology with more than 20 years of clinical experience and specialized expertise in hearing assessment and rehabilitation. She served as Chief Audiologist and founded Cartagena’s first cochlear implant program, which has supported more than 100 patients. Her work combines advanced audiological care, innovation, and a strong commitment to improving quality of life through better hearing.
Camila Duarte
Founder, FoundHer Inc.
Founder and CEO of FoundHer, a platform created to help women reclaim their purpose, confidence, and personal power. As an ICF Certified Life and Business Coach, she combines nearly a decade of experience across corporate, nonprofit, and startup environments with coaching and mentorship. Her work empowers women to overcome fear, self-doubt, and burnout while building meaningful lives and leading with authenticity.
